Après une bonne pause de deux jours, nous reprenons la route, et quelle route. Une immense ligne droite, posée sur une grosse voie, sans aucune possibilité de s’échapper, avec un vent de face bien énervé et un soleil qui nous a littéralement carbonisés 😅. À mi chemin, arrêt salvateur à Libertad pour manger, deux burgers bien mérités, mais soyons honnêtes, le vrai bonheur, c’était la climatisation à l’intérieur. Regonflés à bloc, ou presque, nous repartons jusqu’à Playa Pascual, une petite ville balnéaire toute tranquille. On plante la tente un peu plus loin, dans les dunes, face à l’océan. Que demander de plus. Juste que le vent s’arrête.

After a solid two day break, we hit the road again, and what a road it was. One massive straight line on a big highway, no way out, with a strong headwind and a sun that absolutely roasted us 😅. Halfway through, we stopped in Libertad for food, two burgers, very necessary, but let’s be honest, the real highlight was the air conditioning inside. Slightly revived, we rode on to Playa Pascual, a small and quiet seaside town. We set up our tent a bit further, in the dunes, facing the ocean. What more could you ask for. Just for the wind to stop.
