[FR] Nous sommes partis d'Hanoï il y a 3 jours et nous roulons dans les montagnes du nord. Le relief est difficile sur le corps: beaucoup de grosses montées, et des petites montées et petites descentes tout au long de la journée. Mais les paysages sont somptueux, et les habitants toujours aussi chaleureux. Le sourire des viêtnamiens, jeunes et aînés, leurs "hello" lancés de loin parfois, les enfants qui courent à notre rencontre avec leurs "what's your name?". Toutes ces interactions nous font oublier les cuisses et les fessiers qui chauffent. Et en prime, le soleil et la chaleur sont de retour! Nous atteignons les 3000km et nous sommes fiers, encore une fois, du chemin accompli.

[EN] We left Hanoi three days ago and have been riding through the northern mountains. The terrain is tough on the body: lots of steep climbs, along with smaller ups and downs throughout the day. But the landscapes are breathtaking, and the locals are as warm as ever. The smiles of the Vietnamese, both young and old, their distant "hello" greetings, and the children running toward us with their eager "What's your name?"—all these interactions make us forget our burning thighs and glutes. And as a bonus, the sun and warmth are back! We’ve reached 3 000 km today and, once again, we’re proud of how far we’ve come.
