[🇨🇵]Après deux jours de souffrance sur un sentier exigeant, on pensait que ça irait mieux aujourd’hui… eh bien non 😅.

Après une nouvelle nuit en camping, on a commencé la journée avec une montée de 7 km, toujours accompagnés d’une vue magnifique (histoire de nous rappeler pourquoi on fait tout ça !).

À un moment, on a suivi un chemin sur Komoot qui avait l’air un peu… abandonné.

Mais évidemment, on s’est dit : “Allons-y quand même, qu’est-ce qui pourrait mal se passer ?” 🙃

Erreur monumentale.

On s’est retrouvés à descendre sur un sentier plein d’éboulis, à la limite du praticable. Chargés comme des mulets, on a quand même décidé de continuer l’aventure 😂.

Jusqu’à finir carrément dans le lit de la rivière !

C’était beau, oui, mais franchement dangereux avec tout notre équipement. Et après, devine quoi ? Il a fallu tout remonter.

On a grimpé jusqu’à 3600 mètres d’altitude, avant d’être récompensés par une descente magique vers l’asphalte… et la civilisation !

Après trois jours sans douche, on a enfin dormi à l’hôtel Ciorva, à Betanzos — 150 BOB la chambre matrimoniale avec douche chaude et wifi.

Autant dire que cette douche, c’était le paradis liquide.

[🇬🇧] After two days of pure suffering on a brutal trail, we thought today would be easier… yeah, right 😅.

After another night of camping, we kicked off with a 7 km climb, rewarded by stunning views that reminded us why we love this madness.

At some point, we followed a Komoot path that looked kind of… abandoned.

Of course, we said: “Let’s go anyway — what could possibly go wrong?” 🙃

Well… everything!

We ended up sliding down a trail full of landslides — barely rideable — but decided to keep the adventure spirit alive 😂.

Eventually, we found ourselves right in the riverbed, loaded with gear, trying to stay upright — not our smartest move.

And of course, once down there, we had to climb all the way back up… to 3,600 meters!

From there, a glorious descent finally led us to asphalt — and civilization!

After three days without a shower, we crashed at Hotel Ciorva in Betanzos — 150 BOB for a double room with hot water and Wi-Fi.

That shower felt like pure heaven.
